AISC, headquartered in Chicago, is a
not-for-profit technical institute and trade association
established in 1921 to serve the structural steel design
community and construction industry in the United States. AISC’s
mission is to make structural steel the material of choice by
being the leader in structural-steel-related technical and
market-building activities, including: specification and code
development, research, education, technical assistance, quality
certification, standardization, and market development. AISC has
a long tradition of service to the steel construction industry
providing timely and reliable information.

We are in our 40th year of serving the Metal Building
Contractors and Erectors, we have been working with the top
contractors and erectors and their leaders along with our
chapters and national board to bring our organization to the
forefront as the number one association of our industry
representing Metal Building Contractors and Erectors.

The Rhode Island Builders Association is one of the
largest business associations in the State, and the only one
serving the housing industry.
Chartered in 1945 as a not-for-profit trade association, RIBA
serves builders, remodelers, subcontractors, suppliers,
professionals and others related to residential construction in
Rhode Island.

The U.S. Green Building Council is a
501(c)(3) non-profit community of leaders working to make green
buildings accessible to everyone within a generation.
The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)
certifies sustainable businesses, homes, hospitals, schools, and
neighborhoods. USGBC is dedicated to expanding green building
practices and education, and its LEED® (Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. |
